Reports to: Founder (Visionary)

About the Role

We’re looking for a seasoned operator who keeps the business running day-to-day so the Founder (i.e. Luke) can focus on Sales, Strategy, Team & Client Development.

This isn’t a static role. The beauty of it is that it constantly evolves with the needs of the business. You’ll switch between operations, finance, people, clients, and internal quality, whatever keeps the engine running smoothly. If you enjoy variety, ownership, and solving problems before they hit Luke’s desk, you’ll love this. The list of responsibilities below is simply what’s burning right now, not the full picture.

Job requirements

Your Responsibilities

People & Team Support

  • Handle day-to-day people requests (special cases, perks, questions)

  • Support recruitment and resourcing decisions

  • Run selected 1:1s with team members

  • Lead project debriefs to capture learnings (positive + negative)


Client & Project Operations

  • Deal with small client issues before they escalate

  • Step in on client emergencies and coordinate a fast solution

  • Review offers and proposals for quality before they go out

  • Prepare offers based on structure + input from Founder

  • Provide input on projects and special cases

  • Work closely with:

    • Head of Delivery – deadlines, margins, scope clarity

    • Head of Client Relations – client health, satisfaction

    • Technical Advisors – quality and innovation of our services

Operations & Admin Backbone

  • Prepare and coordinate audits and non-standard queries (e.g. tax, social security, etc.)

  • Manage cashflow, chase payments, ensure financial hygiene

  • Approve smaller payments and internal expenses

  • Review the Founder’s calendar, align priorities, protect focus

Process & Quality Improvements

  • Spot operational gaps and fix them without drama

  • Improve internal processes across finance, delivery, onboarding, and daily workflows

  • Ensure the business runs predictably, consistently, and with high quality


You’re a Fit If You Are

  • A sharp problem-solver with strong business judgement

  • A natural operator who is comfortable owning operational decisions

  • Experienced in digital agencies/consulting (10+ years, senior level)

  • Calm under pressure, structured, reliable

  • Skilled at managing many small moving parts without losing focus

  • Strong communicator who can challenge, support, and prioritise

  • Digitally savvy and data-driven mindset

  • Strong understanding of the digital domain (i.e. web development, digital marketing)

  • A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a drive to grow professionally

  • Experienced in Swiss business environment, incl. regulations and obligations of a Swiss AG

  • Mother tongue DE, fluent in CH-DE and EN
