We’re looking for a Growth Lead that takes the vision of the client into strategic reality and implements the concrete plans to make them successful. You bring a disciplined, results-oriented approach with a strong ability to drive visions forward and keep teams highly productive. Also you excel at organising direction, handling multiple priorities quickly, and pushing for ambitious outcomes with determination and focus.
This is a long-term full-time opportunity for someone who is passionate about growth, enjoys guiding clients, and thrives in an agency environment. You’ll work on a variety of assignments – all with the goal to help clients grow – with autonomy, support, and a clear path to grow.

Job requirements
Your Role:
Implement growth marketing strategies with the team across channels like SEO, paid ads, email marketing, social and more.
Manage client accounts and serve as their main point of contact.
Coordinate a team of specialists to deliver campaigns on time and on budget.
Being the team lead of specialists, ensuring team happiness, productivity and recruit if necessary
Analyse data to optimise campaign performance and client ROI.
Help maintain high customer satisfaction and internal efficiency.
Follow internal processes like budget control and billing.
Drive client renewals and new business acquisition.
Key & Essentials Skills:
Min. 7 years experience in a performance agency (not media buying agencies)
Min. 3 years in a leading function with at least 3 FTE
Min. 5 years knowledge of at least 3 marketing channels (e.g. SEO, Google Ads, Meta, Content Creation), budget handled since then overall > 1mio
Proven record of creating digital marketing strategies for clients
Proven record of sales expertise and relationship building
Proven record of excellent project management skills
Mother tongue DE, fluent in CH-DE and EN
Digitally savvy and data-driven mindset.
A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a drive to grow professionally.
