Head of QA (part-time / remote)

For our clients, we conceptualize and build digital products and enterprise websites. Our clients range from leading startups to global enterprises.

You will be working on projects together with a team consisting of designers, project managers and developers.

Your main tasks will be leading the team and developing our QA process. On the other hand, you will also work with the team on projects with a focus on products and complicated projects, including implementing and maintaining test scenarios for new and existing projects and performing various types of black box tests to ensure that the software meets the highest quality standards.

You will be responsible for estimating test effort, analysing and communicating test results and tracking defects. You will actively guide and contribute to the QA processes in several projects daily. You will also analyse project requirements to identify the most critical parts of the project which need special attention.

We are looking for an experienced QA specialist who is not only able to write, maintain and check the correctness of test cases but who is also proactively involved, thinks along and is willing to shape and further expand our QA organisation.

You already have experience in leading a team and have already established a QA organisation.

Verbal and written communication are essential, even in a fast-paced environment. You are not easily flustered.

You are using your knowledge of test methodologies, tools, and theories effectively in your daily work, you have basic knowledge of at least one programming language and have an understanding of the CI/CD process.
