We want to strengthen our team with a Product Manager who will enrich our team with their skills and experience. Someone who truly cares about the quality of the things they work on. Someone who combines business, technology, and design to create well rounded experiences.

You are a process-oriented person, a structured thinker, have excellent communication skills and can integrate different views into a cohesive product vision. You are passionate about delivering results and understand the pragmatic balance that is needed between getting things right and getting them done. You know how to let designers be designers and how to let developers be developers.


As Product Manager you support multiple clients in their effort to bring ideas to market and to move them towards product market fit.

You help clients turn their problem definition into a validatable idea through running design sprints. You help define the scope of a product by running a scope workshop. You are the sparring partner to our designers in crafting the user experience, and you are the guide for our developers to turn the designs into a working product. All while you are the main contact to our customers ensuring their topic expertise is ingrained in the product and they are happy.

A few more things:

  • We look for someone with a proven track record of creating working product concepts

  • We look for someone with experience either in an Agency or a Startup

  • We have found that programming or design experience (or both) helps a lot in understanding what’s possible

  • A keen eye for what makes good design is important in this role

  • Excellent spoken and written English and German is a requirement.
