You will:
Develop, customise, and optimise Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Integrate dynamic features with Shopify APIs (REST and GraphQL) and occasionally with third-party apps or custom middleware.
Implement responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces.
Translate Figma or other design mockups into robust, production-ready code.
Continuously improve and refine existing storefronts based on analytics and user feedback.
Debug and resolve issues related to theme functionality and performance
Maintain clean, organized, and well-documented code following Shopify best practices
Optimize website SEO, page load speed, and user experience through front-end improvements
Manage Shopify theme versions, backups, and deployment workflows
Your Profile
3+ years of Shopify frontend development experience.
Strong proficiency in Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript as well as Shopify APIs
Understanding of Shopify’s architecture (themes, sections, metafields, apps).
Familiarity with performance optimization and SEO principles.
Experience with version control (Git) and working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Ability to debug and optimize performance, SEO, and page speed
Basic understanding of Shopify CLI, Liquid schema, and theme deployment workflows
Bonus: familiarity with Shopify Hydrogen, Tailwind CSS, React, or headless eCommerce setups.
You’ll always have the opportunity to learn something new. You’ll never get bored with us, as new and exciting challenges come up every day.
