Responsibilities:
Translate business needs into technical solutions for customers (Best practice/Apps/ERP Connections)
Act as the go-to person for resolving major technical problems quickly.
Guide, support, and mentor developers to follow best practices and deliver quality work.
Research, recommend, and manage third-party apps or integrations for better functionality.
Report directly to the Head of Shopify
Act as the right hand of the department lead, take over responsibilities when absence
Supporting in creating client offers and individually creating client offers
Upselling effort to existing clients
Individually handle client projects
Job requirements
Knowledge of Shopify or other Ecommerce systems, such as WooCommerce, Shopware, Magento or Prestashop
A consultant who can talk to clients about solution definition, but also do some of the work
At least 5 years of ecommerce experience
Fluent in German
Be close to Switzerland
